All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Combatica Arena, including but not limited to our name, logo, website design, and VR experiences, are owned by Combatica Arena or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent. Any photos or videos taken at our facilities may be used by us for promotional purposes unless you opt out.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions and limitation of liability.
