Cancellations made between 2 and 24 hours before your session qualify for a credit voucher equal to your booking value. Bookings cancelled within 2 hours of the session start time, no-shows, and late arrivals beyond the grace period are not eligible for refunds or credits.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
Once your refund request is approved, processing begins within 1-2 business days. Refunds to credit cards typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. Refunds to debit cards may take 5-14 business days. PayPal and digital wallet refunds usually process within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in certain circumstances, such as when a session is cut short due to technical issues on our end, when weather or emergencies affect part of your booking, or when service did not meet our stated standards. Bookings made with promotional codes, discounts, or special offers may have modified refund terms. Flash sale and limited-time offer bookings may be non-refundable or credit-only.
