Refund Policy

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made between 2 and 24 hours before your session qualify for a credit voucher equal to your booking value. Bookings cancelled within 2 hours of the session start time, no-shows, and late arrivals beyond the grace period are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Once your refund request is approved, processing begins within 1-2 business days. Refunds to credit cards typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. Refunds to debit cards may take 5-14 business days. PayPal and digital wallet refunds usually process within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Partial refunds may be issued in certain circumstances, such as when a session is cut short due to technical issues on our end, when weather or emergencies affect part of your booking, or when service did not meet our stated standards. The partial refund amount will be calculated based on the portion of service affected. Our team will work with you to determine fair compensation.

Certain items and services are non-refundable, including booking fees and service charges, promotional or discounted bookings unless otherwise stated, gift card purchases (though unused gift cards can be transferred), merchandise and retail purchases (separate return policy applies), and special event bookings with specific terms. Always review the terms at checkout for any special conditions.

Bookings made with promotional codes, discounts, or special offers may have modified refund terms. Flash sale and limited-time offer bookings may be non-refundable or credit-only. Group discount bookings may have minimum participant requirements for full refunds. The specific terms will be displayed during checkout. If you used a promotional code, refunds will reflect the actual amount paid, not the original price.

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may request a review by contacting our customer support team within 14 days of the decision. Please provide your booking confirmation number, details of the situation, and any supporting documentation. Our management team will review your case and respond within 5 business days. We are committed to fair resolution of all disputes.
